The accommodation offers room service, a concierge service and luggage storage for guests.This hotel always answered my messages very quickly and both in writing and when there they understood that I was a learner of Italian and let me practice my average Italian.We arrived about 9.30pm on a Sunday night after a slightly delayed flight. I had already cancelled our planned three course dinner but we were hungry and they were very kindly able to offer us a sandwich.The receptionist that evening was very accommodating as was the man in charge in the restaurant. Our room was spotlessly clean, bed was comfy, blackout blind worked perfectly as did the air conditioning.Breakfast the next morning was a buffet service and was fine. The man on reception, possibly the owner/manager, was again very kind and helpful. We were allowed to leave our car there whist we explored beautiful Gubbio which we loved. Overall we were very impressed.
